A. If the kid is active and is eating well, then there is nothing to worry about. Give cow's milk and milk products made from whole cow's milk such as home made paneer, cheese, curd, ghee in small amounts and butter. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give lentils such as moong Dal and urad Dal. Give plain nuts such as almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, raisins and peanuts. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give peanut butter sandwiches.
