Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, do not worry much if your baby is slim as long as baby is active. Just give her good and healthy diet to eat. Also give supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only Good luck and take care
