you can add vegetables puree in daal to make it more healthy or else make roti dough with vegetable puree.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
