I give her the most attention ...she is the second child.... my elder daughter plays with her bit not most.... need help

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much as baby is active and having food properly a d also most of the babies start speak few words up to two years and speaking properly up to three years. And if you have still any doubt then evaluate once your baby with local child doctor in person. Take care
