my daughter is turning 18months next month Alhamdulillah but she doesn't speak many words she earlier used to say Amma Abba abbu but now she only says Mumbi to water and nothing else .should I get worried ?

A. dear Mum by 18 months your child should be able to speak single words which she is doing so should not be a worry to encourage speech communicate and talk with your child are simple questions show and point things
