My daughter is trying to hold urine while we take off her diaper, sometimes the duration go beyond 4-5 hrs. Once we on the diaper she start immediately passing everything. While she hold her urine, the stomach gets bloat. Please advise

A. you can go for urine routine micro examination which will tell whether the child is having an infection or not

A. you'll have to give more diaper free period to the child and then only this habit will decrease otherwise it can lead to urinary tract infection in the child
