my daughter is suffering from dihydration from 2years regularly she have go washroom after having each and every meal what is the problem

Its Indigestion that your child is suffering from because that is why your child is passing motion immediately after eating what ever you are giving so just consult your doctor then advise you with the medicine which will help in regulating the system of the child and also maintain proper hydration by giving good amount of liquid to the child
