SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, give 3 meals and two snacks in a day with that include buttermilk fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, Badam milk. Give anything which is home-made which is good for good growth and immunity. Make a timetable it will be easy for you to cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses so that baby get all the nutrients. With this take your baby out to play for one hour to 2 hours in a day or physical activity is must. Give lukewarm water after feeding anything which helps in good digestion. Give food in smaller quantity and gradually increase the quantity week by week. You can include more number off feeds.
