chitra tanejaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi there
I can understand your concern, though kids are active but as parent we still want our kid to look healthy.
Even my girl was lean when she was 7 yr old but during lockdown I took care of her diet and proper sleep .
As per my experience you can give her protein rich diet.
Include paneer, cheese, give foxnuts(makhana- roast with some ghee and salt) daily one bowl , fruit whatever she like, dal-rice.
sometime kids are picky eater and don't like to eat veggies then what I do is add all veggies in dal or sambhar or bhaji , I even add some grated paneer in bhaji.
try these but it will take some time. steady growth is permanent and good.
