hello,my kids are too thin so what to do to gain there weight...

A. Hello mom as far as they are active for their age and also eating heathy & a blaanced diet their is no issues as little variation is acceptable. give them foods such as eggs if preffered , dry fruits and nuts , stuff paranthas , also fresh fruit milk shakes, panner, add ghee to their meals. dals, rajma , channa etc

A. Weight gain & weight loss is part of everyones childhood. Stick to healthy food only. Healthy options for weight gain are potatoes, sweet potato, oats, bananas, eggs, milk, lassi, etc
