my daughter is premature born in 28 th week with birt h wt 900 gm now 7 th month runing her wt is 4.7 kg is it ok ?what I do to increase her weight? she is on breast as well as formula feed

A. Hello dear parent, well baby is pre term. And if baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day and also remain active for most of the tie then baby is growing well and gaining weight appropriately.
