A. Namaste Mom, Some varaition is acceptable as far as the child is active for their age and also eating healthy. Though their current diet should include foods from varied food groups as such as to give them a balanced diet. Foods such as ghee, panner, tofu, dals, legumes such as lobia , chana etc , fresh fruit milk shakes, dry fruits, nuts and seeds, eggs , stuff paranthas, sago , chicken , if preffered
