Q.

My daughter is one year old. How i should plan a proper diet for her ?? And what i should do for boosting her immunity ??

A. 7am a cup of milk 9am break fast as poha cheela upma idli suji halwa uthapam dosa cornflakes chocos.. 11am any fruit as papaya apple banana pear sapota 1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad 4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda 7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha.. 10pm a cup of milk.. immunity boosting foods as leafy vegetables rooty vegetables citrus fruits dry fruit nuts and seeds curd pepper berries tulsi water garlic ginger honey tumeric milk..
