my daughter is one year old, how I can increase breast milk at this time

try to give normal diet whatever you cook for your whole family
milk alone can't meet nutritional requirements now.
Start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements too

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am You can try having some lactation capsules or something else so they’re supposed to help in increasing the breast feed. So try having if they help you then very well and good and if they don’t you can consult your doctor and start with the top feed for the baby
