A. hello
new borns tend to lose seven to ten percent of their birth weight in the first week after birth which is regained after about two weeks.
after that there is gain of about 150 to 200gms per week till three months of age.
so its perfectly fine nothing to be worried about.
baby will gain weight in due course of time.
she should be feeding well sleeping well. exclusively breast feed your baby for the first six months after birth
