ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. 10-12 kg. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Maintain hydration
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
