my daughter is just recovering from dengue. Dr has prescribed Becosules syrup 5ml twice a day for month. due for complaints of leg pain. but during day she is very active and wants to jump full time. but during nights her temperature goes to 95.5-96.3 dr said it's fine as recovery stage of dengue. during day her temp is 97-97.5. becosule syrup us normal dosage is fine? is that normal?

A. Hi it’s not fever so it’s good only and the amount of supplement that has been suggested it’s normal for the age and twice in a day is usually not recommended but if your doctor suggesting then you should complain about leg pain in the night it can also be associated with the growth pain that usually happens more in the night after the child is addressed and then that calcium and vitamin D can also be given to the child but you have to confirm with the doctor
