Q.

my daughter is having these episodes of vomiting. this is the third time in 2 months. no fever. what could be the reason

A. it may be due to stomach discomfort mainly due to food Keep ur baby well hydrated Continue to give water and all other food items as before(no food restrictions)

A. continuous vomiting then may not be a problem and can be due to gastric issues so you can just try to give your child jeera boiled water which can help and any concern you can check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry about
