My daughter is having fever since yesterday. her body temperature was between 100 and 101.1 F. she is 4 month old. she doesn't have any other symptoms. she started chewing clothe and toys. peracitamol is working but after 7-8 hours again fever comes. should I be allarmed

A. please give calpol drops to baby three times a day Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
