My daughter is having diarrohea since 2 weeks and had fever and vommiting since 1 week.. we consulted a pediatrician and she was under medication.. now its 4th day of medication.. fever and vomitting has reduced much.. except diarrhoea.. what shuld we do

A. if the baby rate months old suffering from loose motions and if there is any fever along with vomiting the child may be having some stomach infection then shall you doctor for now you can give some probiotic
