Hi Doctor, my daughter is 4 years old, Last to last week she had a fever, we had consulted a doctor and she was fine but 1 week she was having a fever and a cold and a cough, again she from Saturday night she got fever it is coming and going, please suggest

A. hi.pleaae gove her paracetomol for fever when temprature cross 100 F. kerp a track on body temprature, offer her lots of rest and feed lots of fluids,consult once your doctor
