my daughter is having darker skin near nails.Does this indicates something?

A. if baby's skin colour is medium to dark then this is normal as knuckles or cuticles get darker with this skin tone and if baby is having fair skin tone then also knuckles are dark then it should need to be diagnose by skin doctor.
