Q.

my daughter is having a continuous congestion for more than 2 week...we have all medicines even kada also but no complete relief...any other medicines know

A. Saline solution is the only safe nasal spray for babies, infants, and toddlers. To use saline solution, lay the baby down on their back and, if possible, slightly tilt their head back (don't force it, though).
