it could be Infection or allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics heat or sweating etc
so please dress her in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep her in well vantileted room
apply thin layer of coconut oil there
avoid using any other cosmetics
maintain good hygiene
keep an eye on your child diet
