My daughter is 27 days old having small pimples ob thighs and tummy.. please suggest

A. Use Cetaphil lotion on to the entire body regularly that could be due to either heat in the body or there could be other issues as well related to it but as of now I feel it’s better to go ahead with Cetaphil products genuinely throughout the time I think you’ll get better results that we
