my son skin is getting small pimples type on face,hands and thighs what need to do ?anything need to change soap,body lotion something

Rashmi KulkarniMom of a 1 yr 5 m old girl3 months agoA. it might be a reaction to skincare products.. use Johnson's Baby Soap and lotion or While many types of baby pimples are harmless and resolve on their own, Cleanse your baby's face and body daily with warm water and Johnson's Baby Soap . after bath apply Johnson's Baby lotion.. take care

Aarika SachdevaMom of a 1 yr old girl3 months agoA. Few months back my daughter also got this on face so from then i changed her body care products. I switched to Aveeno Baby Dermexa range for her. Its Moisturizing Wash and Moisturizing Cream are made with Triple oat complex and works on soothing the dry, itchy skin. It provides moisturization to skin.
