Q.

my daughter is complaining of discomfort in her tummy after every meal or water. she is laying down whenever she is feeling uneasy. she is active all other times. she is also constipated. what should I do?

A. include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot cucumber , beetroot, papaya, apple, peach banana whole fruit is better than fruit juice soaked dry fruits Like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts water buttermilk avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread consult doctor if no relief
