my daughter is about to turn 4 months old. I breastfeed her and also have started giving cow milk. Can I give water to her ? if not then at what month should I start giving water to her?

A. Breast milk has got lot of water ( 80 to 90% of water) which satisfies babys thirst. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age. and cow milk is good after 1 year of age
