Q.
My Daughter is about to 24months old,I regularly gave cerelac one time at morning after she wake up in morning.Now I want to know what should I gave to my baby instead of cerelac because cerelac is only for 24 months old baby...Please suggest .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom avoid it completely now, as from the age of 1 onwards they can be given all usual family foods, so give her foods from various food groups, give the food you make usual at home now
