Q.

my daughter is 9years old ,she is not eating food likely ,she looks so thin,plz suggest some tips.

A. Body constitution is genetic if the kiddo is active and healthy otherwise I suppose you need not worry much. Make variety and give pleasing to the eyes so that the kiddo has her meals properly..like can make colourful chapati or puri add beetroot or palak or some turmeric powder in the aata..add vegetables Avoid force feeding.. Keep a gap of at least three hours in between meals. Give some buttermilk or limewater before giving meals Include dry fruits ghee full cream milk all the seasonal fruits and vegetables dairy products in the kiddos diet
