my daughter has very low weight..she looks thin but very active. how to grow her weight? she dont eat enough food ? how much likely food u prepare for her she eats small quantity,

A. Hi Avoid foods like Biscuits, waffers bakery products, chips chocolates bread Give caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado paneer to child's recipes for Healthy weight gain. even if small quantities are eatenit is fine
