Q.

my baby is 22 months old and her weight is 8.6kg she is very active but she looks thin she won't eat different food other than wat she eats regularly she doesn't like new food how can I gain her weight and how to introduce new food will they eat as they grow up and try different food is her weight ok

A. 8.6 kg weight is less.. give her protein rich food. like add hee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts,in regular routine

A. Hello dear parent! Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
