my daughter is 8 month old and her first lower teeth has come.Does she need any tablets or syrups for teething process

no there is no medicine for teething phase..
as it's a natural and physiological process..
you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
