Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy5 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! It will reduce only vomiting, but it will not reduce the acidity in the child. Better to check with your doctor as to which medicine should be given for this problem. Keep Babyhug medicine spoon handy
