My daughter is 7 years old. Her one of the front upper tooth fallen in Feb 2020 and till now the new one has not come up. is this a concern? Or is this normal and we can wait for the same.

A. it is better to visit a dentist and get it checked as the front teeth come by the age of seven years and it's been a long time since your child's milk tooth has shed.
