A. Hello mommy, Friction Blisters - Hands and Feet. Friction causes most blisters on the hands and feet. A friction blister is a raised pocket of clear fluid covered by skin. What is the treatment for blisters? Wash the area with soap and water. Apply a cold or ice pack to reduce swelling and discomfort. Keep the area clean and dry. Do not burst or puncture the blister. If the blister bursts, place an adhesive bandage or dressing on the area to keep it clean. To make sure if its chicken pox or not please consult your pediatrician again.
