here I suggest some tips and tricks,hope it help:
make the dish attractive and colorful which will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
Make mealtime fun with a tasty dip or homemade soucs.
give Healthy options at snack times like fruits slices.
involve the child during preparation of their meal.
Have meals together as a family.
