my daughter is 6 month completed.Her eyes has redness. rub her eyes continuously and water discharge. plz give me some solution

A. It might be due to heat but if there is redness or swollen eye lid then it needs to be checked so consult your Paediatrician or eye specialist and clean the eyes with cotton dipped in water a couple of times
