my daughter is 54 days old. she keep grunting to pass gas, urine and stool. even while sleeping she grunts. her face becomes red and at night feeding she go cranky does take the nipple in her mouth. can't see her in pain she keep in grunting please help

A. give proper burp and if he or she is not burping than after every feed take him or her on shoulder for 10-15 mins. still having problem than mix hing into warm water and apply around his or her navel and stomach. and you apply nip care cream on nipples
