My daughter is 4year 7 m old her armpits temp is 95.5 she is having cold… other than that she is fully active should i be concerned about her temp

A. the temperature of the child is less so you have to see if thermometer is working properly or not and if it is working then the child might be having hypothermia you have to cover the child
