my daughter is 4 yrs n suffering frm constipation.. dr has suggested gut clear syrup hw much safe it is ?? and other ayurvedic medicine can b used on regular basis ??

A. you can use glycerine suppositories occasionally please give date rich in fibre all types of fruits and vegetables try to avoid medicines to the baby e for treating constipation o k
