my daughter is 4 months old and on her back eye and on shoulder some whitespots appear from last 25 days. is it a disease ? or allergy

Please Once you get a check with your doctor also you haven’t posted any picture along with your query for an understanding so it’s better that you get a check with your doctor and then you’ll come to know the reason and the treatment can sorted accordingly
