my daughter is 3 yrsand 7 months old.. its been a week she complains about stomach ache on and off. she passes stool once or twice a day . stopped mangoes for two days now but she stil complains that there is small pain in belly button. cant atep out due to complete lockdown. plz suggest. not sure root cause as she says stomach ache to divert me

A. in such a case you need to get your child examined by your pediatrician and then only proper treatment could be given furhhhtther under strict medical guidance it will be better
