My daughter is 3 years and 10 months old. She doesn’t inform us when she wants to pass stool,She inform us for Toilet but not for stool.and her stool is often hard. please suggest

I think your child is even trying to control the motion and that is why this is happening hard that is why due to the fear of sitting on the commode and passing hard motion which would be painful the child doesn’t inform you so just explain it to the child that it is good to tell you how they inform you about urine plus include more fibres and fruits in the diet for easy motion
