My daughter is 3 months old & I had c-section delivery, when from can I start some physical exercises to shed some weight.

A. After eight weeks of surgery you can start doing brisk walking but you’re not supposed to do any activities that will put extra pressure on your abdomen until you complete a minimum of six months after surgeryWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi mom Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Make sure that ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Then u can start with yoga, cycling, walk, jogging etc as per ur comfort
