my Daughter is 3 Months old , can we give her any solid food along with mother milk .?

A. no dear parent nothing should be given to the child other than breast milk till six months are complete not even water Breast milk is most nutritious supports growth is safe and complete food for baby introduction of top foods before 6 months can increase risk of infection and even reduce milk supply.
