Q.

My baby is 8 month old and she has lactose intolerance. I am giving her solid food 3 times a day along with soy milk. She is 6.5 kg only. Should i give her solid food 4 times a day ? So that she could gain some weight.

A. No you you should stick to two to three meals only and one snack per day and don’t overfeed the baby and give one banana per day add nuts in meals and desi ghee as well
