Q.

My baby is 7 months old he is taking his solid food twice a day along with breast milk but now breastmilk is been reduced. so shall I give formula milk along with breast milk. if yes then how much ml of formula milk shall I give pls suggest.

A. If there is not enough breastmilk supply, then it is recommended to introduce any good formula milk to the baby. You can give from brands like Lactogen or Nan Pro or Enfamil Stage 2 till 12 months. Use a good quality feeding bottle from brands like Babyhug or Philips Avent and sterilize after every feed. You can feed approximately 180-240 ml of milk per serving and 4-6 times a day alongwith 3 times semi solid foods.
