Q.
my daughter is 3.5 yrs. but still not started to speak. she used to sing all rhymes with avtions but not able to communicate with us in words. all things she used to do with actions with us.. like wants chocolate then she take us to the fridge in finger out to give chocolate to her.. kindly suggest what to do.. is any thing worried about it

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes it’s worry some would highly recommend that the child need to seen by a speech therapist, as early as possible as she does require a check up to know if their is delay in speech or does she is having any issue with her voice box or so
