my daughter is 3.4 yrs ..her wt is 20 kg..how ican reduce her weight

A. To reduce weight of your child, first restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Include more of fiber and origin rich foods alongwith lots of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Engage her in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, swimming and other outdoor games. Reduce screen time to maximum 1-2 hours a day.
